02Description of service
Forma is an AI-powered tool designed to help creators repurpose YouTube videos into high-quality written content. Our service extracts and processes video data to generate outputs such as social media clips, captions, blog posts, newsletters, and full transcripts.
03Account terms
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. We strictly allow only one account per user. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Forma cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
04YouTube compliance
You must only submit YouTube videos that you own or have explicit rights to repurpose. Furthermore, Forma utilizes YouTube API Services to function. By using Forma, you acknowledge and agree that your use of the service is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
05Acceptable use
You agree not to use Forma for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts or damages the service. Specifically, you may not:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or explicitly offensive content.
- Use the service to generate spam or unsolicited mass communications.
- Resell the outputs provided by Forma as your own standalone AI or software service.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the platform.
06Subscription plans and limits
We offer different subscription plans tailored to your needs. The current plans and monthly limits are as follows:
- Free: 2 videos per month.
- Pro: $29 per month, allowing up to 30 videos.
- Agency: $99 per month, allowing up to 40 videos.
All video processing limits reset on a monthly basis, regardless of your plan.
07Payment and cancellation
Paid plans are billed on a monthly subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Because Forma provides a digital service where resources are consumed immediately, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period once you have been charged.
08Intellectual property
You retain full ownership of all the original content you submit and all the generated outputs you create through Forma. However, Forma retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in and to the platform itself, including the underlying codebase, algorithms, designs, and brand identity.
09Disclaimers
Forma is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide high-quality AI processing, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or specific results of any AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing.
10Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the total amount you paid to us during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate any provision of these Terms of Service.
12Governing law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
