Welcome to Forma (formahq.app), an AI-powered YouTube content repurposing service built by an independent developer based in India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website and services. By using Forma, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

  • Account Information: We collect your email address, name, and avatar when you sign in using Google OAuth.
  • Content Data: We collect the YouTube URLs you submit and process the corresponding video transcripts using AI.
  • Voice Profile Data: We store brand voice training data generated from your provided references to tailor the content to your style.
  • Billing Information: Payment information is handled securely by our payment provider, Dodo Payments. We do not store your full credit card details.
  • Usage Data: We collect standard usage and session data to understand how you interact with our service.

03How we use your information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Forma service.
  • Process your videos and generate customized content.
  • Send you transactional emails, such as account updates and processing notifications.
  • Manage your billing and subscription.

04Third-party services

We rely on trusted third-party services to operate Forma. These services may access your data as necessary to perform their functions:

  • Supabase: Our database provider, hosted in Singapore.
  • Google Gemini API: Used for the AI processing of video transcripts.
  • Dodo Payments: Handles all billing and subscription management securely.
  • Resend: Used to send transactional emails.
  • Vercel: Our application hosting platform.
  • YouTube API: Used to fetch video metadata and transcripts.

05Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and needed to provide you with our services. If you request to delete your account, all associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days of your request.

We take the security of your data seriously. We use industry-standard measures, including HTTPS encryption, to protect your personal information. As mentioned, we do not store any payment card data on our servers; all payment processing is handled securely by Dodo Payments.
